Please join Trout Unlimited, Colorado Wildlife Federation, National Wildlife Federation, Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and sportsmen and women from across Colorado on the west steps of the State Capitol to rally for our public lands on the 25th of February at noon.

Learn about misguided efforts to transfer public lands into State control and how you can help retain our sporting heritage and future – let elected officials know that we want public lands to stay in public hands. If authority over these public lands were to be transferred to the states, the public could lose access and opportunities to carry on outdoor traditions. States such as Colorado simply do not have the resources to manage a new portfolio of lands, and would eventually sale to private interests in order to gain the hundreds of millions of dollars required to manage Colorado’s 22 million acres of federal lands.

Please also join us afterwards, at Stoney’s Bar & Grill from 2:00 for hosted early happy hour [11th and Lincoln, Denver].

We hope to see you there!
